Light Doctor’s maintenance services are designed to be a complete, turnkey solution for businesses of any size.  We will manage and maintain every aspect of your lighting needs.  With Light Doctor service, you no longer need to carry large inventories of lighting supplies or schedule bulb changes and fixture repairs.

Light Doctor provides monthly service to clients throughout the Pacific Northwest.  During each visit, our “Light Doctors” will change bulbs that are out, inspect and/or repair fixtures and perform any other work necessary to insure all lights are operating properly.  We also provide sign maintenance services as well.   If you need service between scheduled maintenance dates, we’re always on call.

Our staff of highly trained electricians insure that your lighting needs are met and we also do so without being intrusive, disruptive to your staff or customers and we thoroughly clean up before we leave.

Maintenance Service Packages

Light Doctor is a regional lighting maintenance provider. Currently, we provide regular maintenance services to over 1,000 locations in the Pacific Northwest. Our service ranges from weekly, to monthly to bi-monthly service where one of our "Light Doctors" will visit your facilityand repair or replace any lighting, interior or exterior, that may not beworking, including sign lighting. Our"Light Doctors" are licensed electricians and can generally fix any lighting issue during a visit.

Energy Rebates

Almost every utility in the Pacific Northwest is offering rebates for those companies who initiate energy conservation programs. In lighting, these rebates can be as high as 70% of the total cost of the project, depending on what lights are being replaced and how many hours those lights burn per year. Rebates, in all cases, are predicated on the amount of energy saved.

Utility Paperwork

Because we do so many retrofit jobs, Light Doctor’s staff is familiar with the rebate programs of all utilities. In fact, we have their forms on our computers. When we submit a proposal to you, we will have done all the paperwork necessary to assure your job will qualify for a rebate and we will know the exact amount of that rebate.

Financing

Light Doctor offers, through Graybar Financial Services, lease options on all retrofit jobs. Normally, these are three-year leases and, often times, the lease payment is less than the monthly savings achieved. As a consequence, you can have a positive cash flow from day one. Infinite ROI!
