Through our sister company, Pacific Coast Industrial Lighting (PCIL), Light Doctor is a direct distributor of lighting products. We can provide a broad selection of quality brands.

 

PCIL selects only those products that meet our stringent standards of high quality, performance and value. PCIL buys directly from the manufacturers and we can pass the savings on to you.  We also maintain a sizable inventory of products to insure immediate delivery.

 

In addition to buying direct from the manufacturer, we also provide “vendor managed inventory” whereby we insure you never run out of product. Weekly or monthly, one of our service people will stop by your facility, count the inventory and replace any products that have been used between visits. You never run out of product and you pay for only that which you use. This is another way we eliminate your worries about lighting.

Warranty Support

Light Doctor uses only the finest products and provides a superior warranty on our work.  Our major suppliers provide two-year warranty on bulbs and a five-year warranty on ballasts.  In addition, Light Doctor provides a 90-day labor warranty on any products we install.  If anything goes wrong in the first 90 days, we will fix it for no charge.  After 90 days, the manufacturer’s warranties apply and we will charge a labor and equipment charge for any repairs.

Energy Rebates

Almost every utility in the Pacific Northwest is offering rebates for those companies who initiate energy conservation programs. In lighting, these rebates can be as high as 70% of the total cost of the project, depending on what lights are being replaced and how many hours those lights burn per year. Rebates, in all cases, are predicated on the amount of energy saved.

Utility Paperwork

Because we do so many retrofit jobs, Light Doctor’s staff is familiar with the rebate programs of all utilities. In fact, we have their forms on our computers. When we submit a proposal to you, we will have done all the paperwork necessary to assure your job will qualify for a rebate and we will know the exact amount of that rebate.

Financing

Light Doctor offers, through Graybar Financial Services, lease options on all retrofit jobs. Normally, these are three-year leases and, often times, the lease payment is less than the monthly savings achieved. As a consequence, you can have a positive cash flow from day one. Infinite ROI!

Service Area

Light Doctor provides lighting maintenance, retrofits, product sales and recycling services throughout the three states (Washington, Oregon and Idaho) of the Pacific Northwest. Except in remote areas, our own employees do all work.
