
Light Doctor did a total lighting retrofit of all 17 buildings in this school district. This involved six elementary schools, two middle schools and one high schools plus the Administration Building, Agricultural Building, Field House, Bus barn, Maintenance Building, Fine Arts Building and the gymnasium. Not only did the schools get improved lighting in all their classrooms, but the District's energy consumption was dramatically reduced. The estimated savings from this retrofit was 746,600 KWH's per year.
This project involved a total relamp of a three-year-old building. By changing the type of lamps used, Stock Pot Soups was able to increase lighting levels throughout their production plant and reduce energy consumption by 1,171,300 KWHs per year.
This was the largest project ever done by Light Doctor. Over the course of an entire year, Light Doctor retrofitted all of the powerhouses, the turbine rooms and the tunnels for the entire Grand Coulee Dam site. This project involved both fluorescent lamps in the powerhouses and tunnels, LED lamps in the turbine rooms and induction lighting in the machine shops. Because of the job done by Light Doctor, in the early stages of this work, Light Doctor was awarded every additional contract for the project culminating in retrofitting the entire facility. Savings from this retrofit will exceed 3.7 million KWHs per year. Light Doctor is now the largest lighting contractor for the BPA.

Light Doctor contracted with Evergreen Hospital to retrofit their entire parking garage. Total energy savings were 565,736 KWHs per year.

Total energy savings are estimated at 650,771 KWHs per year.
