Service & Maintenance

We have a team of “Light Doctors” who provide commercial lighting service to hundreds of clients in the Pacific Northwest including Seattle, Portland and Boise. Our service includes maintaining both interior and outdoor lighting, including signs, for any commercial, government or educational facilities. Often, our clients are multi-location firms and we put their locations on a monthly or quarterly route schedule. We operate with our own fleet of bucket trucks and ladder vans.

Upgrade & Retrofitting

We operate several teams of electricians who perform retrofit lighting on all types of buildings. We install state-of-the-art commercial lighting that can reduce power consumption by 50% or more. Further, our crew does all the work with the utilities to maximize rebates and to enhance your ROI. Federal tax credits are also available for certain installations. In 2009, we performed retrofits that saved our clients 15.7 million KWH’s.

Product Sales & Service

Our sister company, Pacific Coast Industrial Lighting, Inc., is a licensed lighting distributor. We supply bulbs, ballasts, fixtures and other lighting products to clients who which to do their own installations. Light Doctor can supply all major manufacturer’s products along with many quality products manufactured by others. We also supply “vendor managed” inventory of lighting products.

Recycling

We are a licensed recycler. We appropriately recycle lighting products for all our clients. As a company, we are also very conscious of the environment and not only recycle all commercial lighting products, but also metal and plastic used in those products. Recycling is one more service we offer.
